Step 1: Book with us to ensure availability for your event.
Step 2: If you have professional stage lighting, you may choose between Live Performance or Rehearsal coverage. Don’t have professional lighting? Our portable studio setup is perfect for your school! We come to you, requiring approximately a 6-metre wide space and access to power. For live events, please provide a seat aligned with Centre Stage—ideally at eye level with the performers and about 15 metres in front of the stage. Share your seating plan with Encore Videography for our suggestions.
Step 3: Once your online gallery is ready, you’ll receive a link and password to share with families. Parents can order prints or digital images, and prints will be delivered to your school in class order for easy distribution.
