Your dancers deserve beautiful, quality photos to capture them as they shine! Photos kids and their parents will treasure. Photograph the live performance, rehearsal, or on your photo day.
No obligation to you. Receive all high-resolution photography for studio promotional use (when parents spend over $900 in orders). If orders do not reach $900, your studio has the option to make up for the shortfall. Book Now

If you don’t have a professional lighting team hired for your performance, we recommend this option for high quality professionally lit images.

Graduation and speech night photography

The Graduate and family shot. Because we know we don’t get anywhere alone. Your students are there to celebrate with their loved ones. Let us capture the graduate, family, and friends. A 3-metre wide backdrop in the foyer of the main event. Our professional lighting and posing will do justice to the magnitude of this day.
Stage left (or right) set up. A simple on-camera flash set up. We
take students photos instantly after they receive their certificate. (1.5-metre wide black or white backdrop setup available.)
Live coverage of the graduation ceremony. Let’s capture each ‘woo hoo’ moment. (Only choose this option if you will have professional stage lighting). Book Now
The next step
Step 1: Book with us to make sure we are available for your day
Step 2: If you have professional stage lighting, you may opt for your Live performance or rehearsal coverage. Don’t have professional lighting? Our portable studio set up is perfect for your school! (We come where it suits you and require 6m wide (approx) room and power.)
Live events: Please provide a seat aligned with Centre Stage. As a guide, approximately eye level with the performers (if possible) and 15 metre in front of the stage. Share your seat plan with Encore Videography, for our suggestion.
Step 3: When your online gallery is ready, you will receive a link and password to share with families. Parents can order prints, canvases or metal wall art. Your school will receive all final products (grouped in class order) for distribution. Book Now
Nothing to lose, plenty to gain
Ready for the good news? There is no cost to you to book us. Parents only purchase what they love. If sales exceed $900, your school receives a USB with all the high-resolution images. Expect your USB when all the products are delivered. Perfect for websites, new client information packs, end-of-year magazines, or any marketing purposes. If sales don’t exceed $900, your studio can choose to pay the difference. When used in your marketing, professional photography quickly pays for itself.
